COVID-19 re-opening

VIEW & SIGN THE CLIENT HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE WITHIN 24-48 HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

As we approach reopening, we wanted to share with you some changes we implemented to keep our staff and our clients safe.
 
Due to NYS guidelines, we are required to limit the number of staff & clients in the building. Our schedules will be a bit different than usual. If you missed an appointment between 3/17-6/3 we will be calling you! If you reached out to be put on our call list, you will be receiving a call as well.
 
We will be working “by appointment only” for the foreseeable future. We will have our receptionist available to take appointments as of Wednesday, June 3rd. Please be patient with us as we have almost 12 weeks of missed appointments to catch up on. We are so excited to see you all! 
 
When scheduling your appointment, please remember that clients are not permitted to bring additional guests at this time. Minors who are receiving a service may bring one parent or guardian. If you require assistance and have to bring someone, please let your stylist know and we will accommodate you during a low traffic time.
 
Our waiting area is currently closed. You may call when you arrive at (518) 668-9180 or text your stylist directly. If our receptionist misses your call – do not worry! We’ll call you either way when we’re ready for you to enter the building.
Per NYS mandate, all guests must wear a mask in the building at all times. If you cannot medically tolerate a mask, please contact us in advance and arrangements will be made for your appointment. To complete your hair service, your mask will have to be an ear-loop design. Please be aware- you mask may get WET and/or STAINED during service. 
 
Please practice social distancing when interacting with other staff and clients during your time in the salon. We missed you – WE WANT TO HUG YOU – but we can’t. Air hugs are welcome. 
 
We ask that you only bring essential personal belongings with you. Phone, keys, reading material, and method of payment.
 
Upon entry, you will see our sanitizing station. Please sanitize hands & wipe down your phone and keys using a sanitizing wipe provided before entry. 
 
Makeup, skincare, and all waxing services are prohibited by NYS at this time
 
Unfortunately, per NYS mandates, our normal amenities will be limited. Coffee, tea, water, and magazines will not be available for the time being. We’re sorry! 
 
We’re going to look a bit different than you remember! We’ve been mandated to wear a face mask, shield, and smock while interacting directly with you. Because of this, we may excuse ourselves for a drink and some fresh air while you process. Thank you for understanding

If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. We will accommodate our guests as best we can.
